Daily maintenance

1. The inside and outside of the machine must be cleaned before and after starting up, and the parts with food passing through must be strictly disinfected;

2. Before going on and off work every day, please check whether the oil level of the gas source triplet oil storage tank is packed above 1/3, if it is less than 1/3, you should inject 20# pure engine oil to about 1/2 of the tank body;

3. The oil cup on the horizontal seal bracket should be filled with 20# oil once every day before starting the machine;

4. The unused packaging film should be taken out after get off work to avoid bending the support tube;

5. If materials are found in the vertical seal or horizontal seal during the startup process, the machine must be shut down immediately and the vertical seal or horizontal seal tooth surface must be cleaned with a copper wire brush.
