3. Then the film frame can automatically stop at a fixed point controlled by the upper proximity switch. Before lifting the frame, the film roll must be loosened in advance to avoid adhesion between the films to stop the film frame from rising.

4. Place the pallet with the packaged items in the vacuum chamber of the working vacuum packaging machine. Tools should be used and not directly pushed in by hand to prevent personal injury in case of electrical failure.

5. Press the "automatic packaging" switch K6, the three programs of film heating, heat preservation and air extraction are automatically completed from the pre-adjusted time.

6. When the film frame automatically drops to the low point controlled by the limit switch, the vacuum pump will pump out the vacuum chamber. In this case, it is found that the pointer of the vacuum gauge of the vacuum packaging machine has no action, indicating that the vacuum pump motor is running in the reverse direction and should be stopped immediately. And it is necessary to adjust any two phases in the input phase line before restarting work from the second program.

7. Open the upper frame, pull out the packaged items to the right, put them on the auxiliary workbench, press down the upper frame, cut open the packaged items, and complete the packaging.

8. Start the operation from the second item in the operation program, and start the cycle every week.
